Each partner is assigned a zone - typically a city or district. This is your primary territory.
When a lead comes in from your zone, it goes directly to you by default. Your city, your lead.
If a contractor in a neighboring zone is unavailable or busy, the lead gets handed off to the next closest partner. This keeps customers happy and ensures no lead goes cold.
Every lead is traced by IP address and automatically assigned to the closest contractor in our network. No manual matching, no delays.
Bottom line: You get first dibs on leads in your zone, plus overflow opportunities from nearby areas when other contractors are busy.
